Welcome to 6 Six. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 6 Six governing your use of the platform. By registering on the platform, logging into your account, or playing any game, you will be deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Opening an account on 6 Six is free. However, accurate information is required at the time of registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

• Valid Email Address
• Permanent Address

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

6 Six supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All financial transactions are conducted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500
• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳5,00,000 BDT
• Deposits must be made from the registered mobile number or bank account.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and supported bank cards.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.

6 Six's bonuses and promotional offers are designed to give players a better experience. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions under these rules, which must be read carefully.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 30x must be wagered.
• Cashback Bonus: Cashback is awarded weekly on losses up to a specified amount. The wagering requirement on cashback is 1x.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus on deposits made on specific days. Separate terms apply.

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be used to qualify for other bonuses.

• Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited.

• In Sports Betting, if a scheduled match or event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Upon account closure, full KYC verification must be completed before any valid balance is returned. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.

6 Six takes every complaint seriously. If you have a dispute or concern, please follow the steps below to seek resolution:

1. Step One: Contact our support team via live chat to report your issue. Most problems are resolved at this stage.
2. Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, send a detailed complaint to support@6six.wine. A response will be provided within 48 hours.
3. Step 3: For escalated complaints, our compliance team will reach out directly.
4. Step Four: If an issue remains unresolved, a complaint may be filed with the international licensing authority.

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through international arbitration.

6 Six reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice of updates will be sent to the registered email address.
• Notices will be displayed on the platform's homepage.
• For major changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
